The National Space Society sponsors an annual conference and ISDS often has members attend. The conference gives members a chance to meet some of the people that are responsible for the operation of NSS as a whole and sharing ideas and experiences with other NSS chapters around the country. Speaker from a wide range of government and industry groups give presentations on their research and projects giving attendees the chance to meet the people behind the space industry.
