- Events Sponsored by Shell
Shell is sponsoring a few really good engineering events that some of you may be interested in. First is the Shell Petroleum Engineering Camp, where you can get hands-on training that emulates off-shore and on-shore working environments. This is a great opportunity for anyone that is interested in this field. Next is the Shell Eco-marathon Contest. The purpose of the contest is for teams to build the most fuel-efficient vehicle that they can. There is a $10,000 grand prize, with a number of smaller prizes also awarded. For more information on either of these events, contact Engineering Council.
That’s it for me. Have a good week!
